I create all of my live artwork with soft pastels. Pastels are soft chalks drawn on a thick pastel mat, they blend beautifully to capture your wedding day portrait!
I have a dreamy realistic style. With an eye for detail, I will draw every little attribute that makes your wedding day special!

Before the Wedding
Check availability for your wedding date by sending an inquiry (the form is at the bottom of this page). I generally respond within two business days.
Pick your wedding package and secure your wedding date with a 50% deposit and signed contract.
We will have a phone consultation 4-6 week before your wedding day to discuss how you envision your painting! We will discuss the scene, poses, colors, and anything else important to you!

The Wedding Day
I will arrive 2-3 hours before your ceremony to begin drawing! The background will be coming to life when your guests arrive.
During your chosen moment (first look, ceremony exit, first dance, ect.), I will take photos and videos to use as reference.
After capturing the perfect moment, I will begin to draw your portrait!
The drawing will look nearly complete by the end of the evening. We will have a grand reveal before I head out for the night!

After the Wedding
Post wedding, I take your portrait back to my studio for finishing touches. I will send you a picture of the final result for your approval.
I spray it with a fixative to set the pastels and prevent it from smudging! It will be mailed in a protective sleeve and will need a frame to be hung up.
Within 4 weeks I will have finished your drawing. You may either pick it up or I will ship it to you!
Frame your beautiful drawing and hang it up for you to enjoy!
Pricing
Many dynamics go into live wedding art. The artist has to draw at an extremely fast pace to create a picture from start to finish in one sitting. It takes skill to work quickly under the pressure of an audience!
When you hire me to draw at your wedding, the cost includes the supplies needed for your pastel drawing, the time on sight and in the studio to complete your portrait, my artistic experience, and the drawing itself! Shipping is included in the price, travel fees are not.
Live wedding drawing prices vary depending on the size and time frame of the event. There are three different packages available starting at $1,600.
If I am unavailable for your wedding day, I offer an “After the Day” package! For this package, I will create a beautiful drawing based on your favorite wedding photo. Pricing starts at $625.
