"Bottle Tree" Original

Bottle trees derived from a folk-art legend in the ninth century. The bright colored bottles were said to trap evil spirits and destroy them with the sunrise. Today bottle trees symbolize hope, protection, and beauty.
Pastels are a soft chalk so this drawing needs to be handled with care. All of my art is sprayed with a fixative to prevent it from smudging but it is not smudge proof. It will be mailed in a protective sleeve till it can be carefully framed (Frame not included).
